Physical Performance Assessment.

At GAC we pride ourselves on individualising all of our programs and we have created an elite testing battery, including the use of VALD force plates, to enable us to tailor everything we do. Our Physical Performance Assessment is the starting point for every single athlete who enters our facility.

We use this crucial session to construct a holistic view of an athlete and their overall robustness and physical readiness. We also offer this assessment to non-members.

Key areas we can assess are :

  • Dynamic and static mobility

  • Movement competency

  • Trunk integrity

  • Jumping and landing technique

  • Single leg power

  • Lower and upper limb asymmetries

  • Lower limb power profile

  • Reactive strength

  • Max strength

  • Running technique

We recommend regular assessments (every 12 weeks) to monitor program efficacy and ensure the athlete is continuing to progress.
