This option is perfect for an athlete who may want that extra push leading into an important competition or during a heavy loading pre-season phase. 

Sessions may last up to 1.5 hours and will include a warm-up, cool down and a main training session. The session focus will be determined by the athlete’s training phase, sport, goals and testing results.
