Online Training.

Our online training is designed for those who would still like the benefit of our high performance programming, but cannot attend our facility.

Our online training program is an individualised program tailored to your needs, goals and sport. It includes strength training sessions based on the equipment you have available to you, as well as conditioning sessions that may include running or cross-training sessions. The training sessions will include detailed explanations on how to perform each exercise correctly, including video examples and detailed coaching descriptions. You will have regular contact via phone or email with one of our coaches throughout your remote training, so you will remain accountable and feel supported throughout your journey.

Program Includes.

Needs Analysis Questionnaire.

This questionnaire will be sent to you once you purchase the online training program and will take up to 10-minutes to complete. It is a detailed questionnaire designed to help our expert coaches understand your needs and goals, training experience, injury history, training schedule and any other relevant information we may need to help us create your program.

Physical Performance Assessment (if applicable).

Testing is an optional part of your program and is determined by if you live in the area and are able to attend our gym in person. This assessment is performed every 12 weeks and guides your programming, helping the coach to ascertain any areas of weakness that you may need to develop. The testing session involves a range of tests that are both subjective and objective and presents a snapshot of your overall athletic capability. Every test will be targeted to you and your relevant sport, however the majority of athletes will be tested on the following:

  • Quality of movement  

  • Joint range of motion

  • Maximum & reactive strength (explosiveness)

  • Lower and upper body power

Individualised Program.

Once you have completed your testing session and questionnaire your coach will spend a considerable amount of time constructing your individualised program. Your program will be completely unique to you and your needs, goals and sport. We believe that the best results can be achieved in the most efficient time frame when the program is tailored to each unique athlete. Too many athletes choose cookie-cutter programs that have been generalised to their sport and we believe this will not reap the best results for athletes looking to perform their best and outplay their opponents.

The online training program includes a tailored gym and conditioning program, updated every 2-4 weeks. You will complete your gym program in your own training space/ gym. Your program will be accessed through our online programming software TeamBuildr, which you can access through the TeamBuildr application on your phone or tablet.

Regular Support.

We understand that training remotely can often be lonely and demotivating. Therefore, as part of your online training you will receive regular phone/ email contact from your assigned coach who will guide you through your training with advice and encouragement and help to keep you on track.
